Dosage

(adults 19 years and over): Start by taking 2g (one teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to 4g per day. Mix in a glass or mug with enough hot water to create a fizzing action. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or mug with warm or cold water and enjoy. If using cold water, allow it to fully ionise for approximately 20 minutes before drinking. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.each 4g serving provides 375mg of elemental magnesium
